Designed to allow any paddlers anywhere to get expert analysis of their stroke and feedback to improve and advance their technique. Upon purchase you will be sent instructions on how to video, where to upload and timing options for when you'll receive feedback.


Cancellation Policy

Paddle Collective – Risk Management Policy 1. Purpose The purpose of this Risk Management Policy is to outline Paddle Collective’s approach to identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with paddling activities, equipment use, and participant safety. 2. Scope This policy applies to all Paddle Collective staff, coaches, volunteers, and participants involved in paddling activities on rivers and oceans, including the use of personal and provided surf skis. 3. Risk Identification Risks may include but are not limited to: - Drowning or near-drowning - Collision with objects or other paddlers - Equipment malfunction or misuse - Adverse weather and water conditions - Medical emergencies - Transportation and logistics 4. Risk Assessment Each identified risk will be assessed based on its likelihood and potential impact. Risks will be categorized as low, medium, or high and prioritized accordingly for mitigation. 5. Risk Control Measures Control measures include: - Mandatory safety briefings before each session - Use of personal flotation devices (PFDs) - Regular equipment inspections and maintenance - Emergency response protocols - Coach training and certification - Weather monitoring and session cancellation procedures 6. Responsibilities - The Paddle Collective management team is responsible for implementing and maintaining this policy. - Coaches are responsible for conducting safety checks and enforcing safety protocols. - Participants are responsible for following instructions and reporting any hazards or incidents. 7. Review and Monitoring This policy will be reviewed annually or following any significant incident. Risk assessments and control measures will be updated as needed to ensure ongoing safety and compliance. 8. Approval This Risk Management Policy is approved by Paddle Collective management and is effective as of October 2025
